Founded in 1946, the Omax Watch Company was established as a premiere watch manufacturer specializing in automatic and mechanical timepieces manufactured in Switzerland. At one point, the Omax Watch Company was proudly one of the largest exporter of Swiss Made watches in the world. As time went on, the OWC shifted its focus to more functional, price sensitive timepieces with hopes of becoming both, an every day and special occasion watch. With a growing interest in Japanese mechanics and a much welcomed collaboration with SEIKO Instruments, in 1985, Omax moved its headquarters to Dubai and started manufacturing watches for the modern, more functional man and woman. Today, the OWC takes pride in its fundamental principles of functionality and simplicity, and brings to you a modern-day collection of timepieces that are unique and distinctive across the fashion watch landscape.
